Yes! Our posture corrector is very easy to put on and can be worn without any assistance.
We recommend wearing the Bodylign PosturePro™ for 30–40 minutes per day during the first few days.
Once you're used to it, you can wear it as long as you like. However, experts advise not wearing it for more than 4–6 hours per day.
1. Open and loosen all adjustable Velcro straps.
2. Stand upright and take your best posture (standing against a wall can help).
3. While in this upright position, put on the brace and fasten/adjust the Velcro straps so they feel gently snug, but comfortable.
Wear it during moments when you tend to slouch or feel discomfort — for example, while working at a desk, sitting for long periods, or walking.
