Refund policy

You may return your order within 60 days after receiving your order.. We will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within five working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the returned parcel.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at info@bodylign.com and let us know that you wish to return your order (or part of it).

  2. Wait for a response from our customer service team to confirm whether the return is accepted.

  3. Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging.

  4. Send the parcel to the return address provided by our customer service.

  5. Share the tracking number with us once the parcel has been shipped.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the returned products.

Items excluded from return:

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Products in the categories “Beauty”, “Baby & Toddler”, and “Sports” (due to hygiene reasons)

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

Important: You are responsible for ensuring the parcel is sent to the correct address. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address or a valid tracking number is not provided, the return will be deemed invalid.

Order Cancellations:

Orders are processed very quickly in our system. Therefore, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items:

We're very sorry! Unfortunately, damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
