General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bodylign. By using our website and services, you agree to these general terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to be aware of your rights and obligations.

1. Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and contracts of Bodylign.
1.2 Deviations from these terms are binding only if agreed upon in writing.
2. Offers and Prices
2.1 All offers on the Bodylign website are non-binding and valid while supplies last.
2.2 The listed prices exclude VAT and exclude any shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.
2.3 Bodylign reserves the right to change prices and conditions. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
3. Orders and Contracts
3.1 A contract is concluded after Bodylign accepts your order.
3.2 Bodylign reserves the right to refuse an order or to request additional information. If an order is not accepted, notification will be given within ten working days from receipt of the order.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment can be made through the payment methods offered on the website.
4.2 Payment must be completed in full before the order is shipped.
4.3 In case of late payment, Bodylign reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend delivery.
5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to deliver orders within the indicated delivery times. These delivery times are indicative.
5.2 A delay in delivery does not entitle compensation or order cancellation.
5.3 The risk of damage to or loss of the products remains with Bodylign until the moment the products are physically delivered to you or to a third party designated by you, unless you have independently arranged a carrier not offered by Bodylign. In that case, the risk transfers to you at the moment the products are handed over to that carrier.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
6.1 You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your order within 30 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have received the product.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging and must not be worn, used, or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products that are sealed and not suitable for return once unsealed (including but not limited to underwear and other hygiene-sensitive items) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken or the original packaging has been opened.
6.2 Return shipping costs are not refunded by Bodylign.
6.3 Contact our customer service at info@bodylign.com to request a return. You will then receive a return form and further instructions.
7. Liability
7.1 Bodylign is not liable for any indirect damages, including consequential damages, loss of profit, missed savings, and business interruption damages.
7.2 Bodylign’s liability is in any case limited to the order amount in question.
7.3 For direct damages, Bodylign’s liability is limited to a maximum of the billed amount of the order in question.
7.4 This does not affect mandatory statutory rights.
8. Privacy
8.1 We value your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
8.2 By using our website, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our privacy policy.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
9.1 All legal relations involving Bodylign are exclusively subject to Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Bodylign is located, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
10. Complaints
10.1 If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service via info@bodylign.com We strive to handle complaints within 14 days.
10.2 If a complaint requires a predictably longer processing time, Bodylign will respond within the 14-day period with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.
